Lemon Curd and Belgian White Chocolate Cheesecake Ingredients:

Base: Digestive biscuit (Flour (wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Vegetable Oil (Palm), Sugar, Wholemeal wheat  Flour, Partially Inverted Sugar Syrup, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Ammonium Bicarbonate), Salt. May also contain milk, soya), margarine (Vegetable oils in varying proportions (75%)(rapeseed palm, sunflower), water, salt (1.38%), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), acid (citric acid), vitamin A and D, colour (carotenes), flavourings), Sugar.

Cheesecake: cream cheese (Full fat soft cheese, salt, stabiliser (locust bean gum), acid (citric acid).made with pasteurised milk), icing sugar (icing sugar (97%), fresh cream (milk), vanilla flavouring (water; flavouring (milk  CONSTITUENTS): thickener E466; caramel), caster sugar, callebaut white chocolate (Milk and Soya). Lemon Curd: Lemons zest and juice, caster sugar, butter (Milk, salt (1.8%)), egg (egg), egg yoke (egg). Decoration: Fresh cream (milk), raspberries, mint, white chocolate (milk, soya).
