Ingredients: Plain flour (Wheat Flour) , margarine (vegetable oils in varying proportions (75%) rapeseed, palm, sunflower), water, salt (1.38%), Emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), acid (citric acid), Vitamin A & D, colour (carotenes), Flavourings), caster sugar; water.

Filling (25%): Lemon zest, lemon rind, water, sugar, egg yolks (egg) cornflour (Maize Starch).

Meringue (20%): Egg whites (egg) caster sugar, icing sugar (Icing sugar (97%), Maize Starch).
